Availability
Unless otherwise indicated, items are in stock and will be shipped every Tuesday. When Efterklang is on tour shipments are delayed. If you want faster shipping we suggest using shop.efterklang.net and Leaf at Greedbag for Efterklang titles.

Order confirmation
On filing a successful order you'll receive an email message from paypal, which contains a copy of the order.
It is advisable to keep this email should any inquiries regarding your order arise. You will get a hard copy reciept along with your order.

Payment
Payments are handled by paypal. Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover.

All orders will be billed in danish kroner (dkk).

All prices include shipping.
We ship with the danish postal service.

Returns
Please note that we can only offer Returns to customers from Scandinavia and the EU.

We do our best to ensure the goods reach you undamaged. Should you receive damaged or wrongly supplied goods, please contact us by sending us an email within 14 days of reception of goods. Please state the order number and what the problem is. The security seal and/or plastic wrapping must be intact and the goods must be unused. Don't return anything before you have contacted us.

You have the right to change your mind. Please notify us within 14 days from reception of goods by sending an email to our returns address (»Link). State the order number and what item you want to return. The security seal and/or plastic wrapping must be intact and the goods must be unused. Don't send anything back before you have contacted us. The shipping cost is at your own expense.

Complaints not made within 14 days from reception of goods will not be recognised.
